摘 要:分析了热轧带钢精轧机入口导卫装置存在的问题,针对精轧机入口导卫装置侧导板本体动作中常出现卡阻、动作精度低等问题,改进了定位方式和螺栓连接形式,提升了动作精度,使卡阻问题得到解决,从而减少了设备维护工作量,确保板带的轧制精度与穿带的稳定性,降低了生产成本及安全风险。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the entrance guide device of the hot strip finishing mill.Aiming at the problems of jamming and low action accuracy in the movement of the side guide body of the entrance guide device of the finishing mill,the positioning mode and bolt connection form were improved,and the action accuracy was improved,so that the jamming problem was solved.Thus,the workload of equipment maintenance was reduced,the rolling accuracy and the stability of threading were ensured,and the production cost and safety risk were also reduced.
