摘  要:针对冶炼低硅铁水造成的粘枪等问题,结合石灰溶解机理、炉渣成分对石灰溶解影响、低硅铁水岩相变化的理论分析,从物料结构调整、石英砂助熔、辅料及含铁物料加入时机、供氧强度及枪位方面优化转炉操作,改善了低硅铁水操作产生的粘枪问题。In view of the problem of lance sticking caused by smelting low silicon molten iron,combined with the theoretical analysis of lime dissolution mechanism,influence of slag composition on lime dissolution and lithofacies change of low silicon molten iron,the converter operation was optimized from the aspects of material structure adjustment,quartz sand fluxing,time of adding auxiliary materials and ferric materials,oxygen supply intensity and lance position,and the problem of lance sticking caused by low silicon molten iron operation was improved.
