摘　　要：重大技术装备国产化是提高国内生产力和企业降本增效的必经之路,尤其是在设备维护成本方面,进口减速机的成本、采购周期、技术垄断等已成为设备维护成本的瓶颈和壁垒。分析了日照钢铁有限公司进口莱歇立磨主减速机的现状,探讨了在目前国产减速机技术日趋成熟的情况下,进口减速机国产化的可行性,预测了国产化后的降本效益,进口减速机国产化势在必行。The localization of major technical equipment is the only way to improve domestic productivity and cost reduction and efficiency increase for enterprises,especially in terms of equipment maintenance costs.The cost,procurement cycle and technology monopoly of imported reducers have become bottlenecks and barriers to equipment maintenance costs.This paper analyzes the present situation of the main reducer of Loesche vertical mill imported by Rizhao Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,discusses the feasibility of localization of imported reducer under the condition that domestic reducer technology is becoming more and more mature at present,and predicts the cost reduction benefit after localization,and it is imperative to localize imported reducer.
