摘　　要：针对卧式离心铸造机溅钢问题,分析了溅钢的原因及其危害。设计了卧式离心铸造机溅钢安全防护装置,阐述了溅钢安全防护装置设计方案及其工作原理。该溅钢安全防护装置能够避免型筒发生溅钢事故,使用效果显著。In view of the problem of steel splashing of horizontal centrifugal casting machine,the causes and harms of steel splashing are analyzed,the safety protection device for steel splashing of horizontal centrifugal casting machine is designed,and the design scheme and working principle of the safety protection device for steel splashing are expounded.The steel splashing safety protection device can avoid the steel splashing accident of the cylinder and has remarkable use effect.
