摘 要:对精益设备管理方法进行了介绍,针对设备点检、备件管理等存在粗放管理问题,提出了TPM(全员生产维护)精益设备管理方法,即推进专业维修模块、推进生产现场备件优化管理等方法。实行TPM后,提升了设备效能,高炉长周期稳定运行达11个月,烧结机长周期稳定运行90天,降低了设备运行成本。This paper introduces the lean equipment management method,in view of the extensive management problems of equipment inspection and spare parts management,puts forward TPM(All-staff Production Maintenance)lean equipment management method,that is,promoting professional maintenance module,promoting the optimization management of spare parts in production site,etc.After the implementation of TPM,the equipment efficiency has been improved.As result,the long-term stable operation of the blast furnace has reached 11 months,and the long-term stable operation of the sintering machine has reached 90 days,which reduced the operation cost of equipment.
