摘　　要：钢铁企业润滑管理问题一直是困扰企业运行的难题。本文介绍了钢铁企业润滑管理的主要内容,分析了润滑管理中存在的问题,探讨了润滑管理的主要策略,包括关键环节、设备油液净化更新技术、平台建设和制度更新等。通过润滑管理信息平台系统建设,钢铁企业润滑管理效率得到提高,降低了维护成本,提升了产品质量。合理的润滑油利用与再生,将废油作净化处理利用,可提高资源的利用效率。The problems on lubrication management in iron and steel enterprises has always been puzzling the operation of enterprises.This paper introduces the main contents of lubrication management in iron and steel enterprises,analyzes the existing problems on lubrication management,and probes into the main strategies of lubrication management,including key links,equipment oil purification and renewal technology,platform construction and system renewal,etc.Through the construction of lubrication management information platform system,the lubrication management efficiency of iron and steel enterprises has been improved,the maintenance costs have been reduced,and the product quality has been improved.Reasonable utilization and regeneration of lubricating oil and purification treatment of waste oil can improve the utilization efficiency of resources.
