摘 要:随着城市交通基础设施的发展,高架桥盖梁施工面临高架电线和恶劣天气等问题。支架施工采用组合钢板梁和优化设计的贝雷梁、钢管支架,使安装时间减少33.33%,拆卸时间减少50%。模板施工实现高精度和快速拆装,确保质量和进度。钢筋施工结合预制吊装与分段绑扎方法,使便捷度和安装精度均提高了50%。预应力施工在波纹管、锚具和钢束的安装与张拉技术上进行了改进,使拉张时间减少40%,预应力传递均匀性提高至95%。混凝土施工采用高性能配比设计和新型浇筑及养护方法,使压浆时间减少50%。通过分析中山市坦洲快线一期工程案例,展示了这些技术在提高质量和效率、确保安全与环境保护方面的成效。With the development of urban transportation infrastructure,the construction of viaduct cap beams faces challenges such as elevated power lines and adverse weather conditions.The construction of supports uses composite steel plate beams and optimized designs of Bailey beams and steel pipe supports,reducing installation time by 33.33%and dismantling time by 50%.Formwork construction achieves high precision and quick disassembly,ensuring quality and progress.Reinforcement construction combines prefabricated hoisting and segmented binding methods,increasing convenience and installation accuracy by 50%.Prestressed construction has improved the installation and tensioning technology of corrugated pipes,anchors,and steel strands,reducing tensioning time by 40%and increasing prestress transmission uniformity to 95%.Concrete construction uses high-performance mix design and new pouring and curing methods,reducing grouting time by 50%.By analyzing the case of the Tanzhou Express Phase I project in Zhongshan City,these technologies demonstrate improvements in quality and efficiency,ensuring safety and environmental protection.
