摘  要:根据新疆那拉提至巴仑台高速公路建设项目,分析公路施工期产生的环境问题,采用文献分析和频次分析法,结合专家意见对指标进行筛选,并研究生态环境影响评价指标的原则及方法结合生态敏感区的特点,建立由5个二级指标、17个三级指标构成的生态敏感区公路施工期生态环境影响评价指标体系。通过层次分析法对每个指标赋权重,结果表明二级指标中植被覆盖率、砍伐树木量、TSP、临时占地生态恢复率、施工昼间LAep均值、CODcr和石油类浓度权重占比较大,评价结果符合实际。According to the construction project of Xinjiang Nalati-Baluntai Expressway,analyse the environmental problems generated during the construction period of the highway,adopt the literature analysis and frequency analysis method,combine with the expert opinion on the screening of indicators,and study the principles and methods of ecological environmental impact evaluation indicators combined with the characteristics of ecologically sensitive areas,establish the ecological environmental impact during the construction period of the highway in ecologically sensitive areas,which is constituted by 5 level two indicators and 17 level three indicators.Through hierarchical analysis method to assign weights to each indicator,the results show that the weights of vegetation coverage,tree felling,TSP,ecological restoration rate of temporary occupation,average construction daytime LAep,CODcr and petroleum concentration in the second-level indicators account for a large proportion of the weights,and the evaluation results are in line with the reality.
