乡村公路沿线区位分析及衍生经济差异化路径设计——以通化县为例

摘　　要：为了充分利用广大农村地区公路沿线的现有资源,发挥公路对乡村经济发展的拉动作用,以吉林省通化县农村公路为例,依据提取的OSM路网数据、POI数据、LUCC数据,采用核密度估计等方法,通过定量及定性相结合的方式分析了公路沿线区域的土地开发情况,得到了公路沿线地区的POI分布特点、POI核密度值、产业开发现状、土地利用类型及面积占比等,并据此对公路沿线的区位特征和资源优势进行了分类总结。在此基础上,构建融合本地特色产业与乡村公路深入融合发展、公路与旅游资源协调开发、乡村客运交通及物流产业建设等多层面的路衍经济差异化开发路径,从而为乡村公路经济潜力的挖掘和相关部门的政策建立提供了新思路。To make full use of the existing resources along the highway in the vast rural areas and play the driving role of highway in rural economic development,taking rural roads in Tonghua County,Jilin Province as an example,this paper analyzed the land development situation along roads by using kernel density estimation and other methods based on OSM road network data,POI data and LUCC data.Thus POI distribution characteristics,POI kernel density value,industrial development status,land use type and area proportion are obtained,and the location characteristics and resource advantages along the highway are classified and summarized.On the basis of the above research,this paper constructs multi-faceted highway derived economy differentiation development paths such as in-depth integration of local characteristic industries and rural roads,highway and tourism resources coordinated development,rural passenger transportation and logistics industry construction,which provides a new way to explore the economic potential of rural highway and establish the policy of related departments.
