摘 要:公共交通设施是城市基础设施的重要组成部分和居民日常出行的重要工具。公共交通设施的合理配置可以为居民出行提供便利。将公共交通设施分为轨道交通站点与常规公交站点,利用POI数据、人口数据等多源数据,通过公共资源集聚度、高斯两步移动搜索法、基尼系数评估天津市公共交通设施的空间分布格局与可达性水平。结果如下:(1)交通设施空间分布呈现出明显的“中心—外围”的单中心圈层结构。(2)相同时间阈值下,不同的交通模式到达最近的交通设施的可达性存在差异。可达性分布呈现出中部高,四周低的整体空间特征。(3)两种交通模式下,市内六区的交通可达公平性优于环城四区,天津市内六区交通服务能力整体上偏强,环城四区的交通服务能力整体上偏弱。为实现天津市公共交通资源的空间优化配置和构建更公平的交通设施分配格局提供决策建议。Public transport facilities are an important part of urban infrastructure and an important tool for residents'daily travelling.Reasonable allocation of public transport facilities can provide convenience for residents'travelling.The study evaluates the spatial distribution pattern and accessibility level of transport facilities in Tianjin by using multi-source data such as POI data and population data,public resource agglomeration,Gaussian two-step floating catchment area method and Gini coefficient.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The spatial distribution of transport facilities shows an obvious"centre-periphery"single-centre circle structure.(2)Under the same time threshold,the accessibility of different transport modes to the nearest transport facilities varies.The distribution of accessibility shows the overall spatial characteristics of high in the centre and low in the surroundings.(3)Under the two modes of transport,the accessibility equity of the six districts within the city is better than that of the four districts around the city,and the transport service capacity of the six districts within Tianjin is strong on the whole,while the transport service capacity of the four districts around the city is weak on the whole.The study can provide decision-making suggestions for achieving spatial optimal allocation of public transport resources and building a fairer pattern of transport facilities distribution in Tianjin.
