摘　　要：随着非机动车出行需求陡增引发的交通安全问题日益凸显,机动车、非机动车和行人各行其道的呼声高涨,分离平面交叉口交通流线、保障慢行路权迫在眉睫。基于现状城市平面交叉口非机动车过街安全隐患、交通组织设计不足、路权及过街时间分配不清的问题剖析,结合路段非机动车设置形式、交叉口空间布局、运行情况和车流特征等影响因素,研究了城市各类平面交叉口适用的四类非机动车交通组织形式。With the increasing demand for non-motorized vehicle travel,traffic safety issues have become increasingly prominent.The call for motor vehicles,non-motorized vehicles,and pedestrians to go their separate ways is growing,and it is urgent to separate the traffic flow at level intersections and ensure the right to slow traffic.Based on the analysis of the current safety hazards of non-motorized vehicle crossing at urban level intersections,insufficient traffic organization design,and unclear allocation of road rights and crossing time,combined with factors such as non-motorized vehicle setting forms on road sections,intersection spatial layout,operation conditions,and traffic flow characteristics,four types of non-motorized vehicle traffic organization forms applicable to various types of urban level intersections were studied.
