摘  要:含氟工质是有机朗肯循环(ORC)系统中不可缺少的工作流体,目前主要为氢氟烷烃类化合物,但其会引起全球变暖问题,因此亟需开发性能相似的环保型工质。本文介绍了ORC系统工质使用现状,并综述了ORC系统工质研究进展。此外,对HFO-1234ze(E)、HCFO-1224yd、HFO-1336mzz(E)、HFO-1336mzz(Z)和HCFO-1233zd(E)5种工质开展ORC系统理论性能研究,结果显示:与HFC-245fa相比,HFO-1234ze(Z)和HCFO-1233zd(E)具有更优异的系统性能。Fluorinated working fluids are indispensable working fluids in Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)systems,which are mainly hydrofluoroalkane compounds,but they can cause global warming,so there is an urgent need to develop environmentally friendly working fluids with similar performance.In this paper,the current status of the use of ORC system working fluid is introduced,and the research progress of ORC system working fluid is reviewed.In addition,the theoretical performance of ORC systems was studied on five work-ing fluids:HFO-1234ze(E),HCFO-1224yd,HFO-1336mzz(E),HFO-1336mzz(Z)and HCFO-1233zd(E),and the results showed that HFO-1234ze(Z)and HCFO-1233zd(E)had better system performance than HFC-245fa.
