摘 要:质子交换膜电解水制氢是制取绿氢的主要技术路线之一,也是电解水制氢行业的研究热点。膜电极是质子交换膜电解水制氢技术的核心零部件,目前其核心开发工作主要是通过调控阳极铱基催化剂的内在结构,增加新的活性位点和增强其稳定性,最终实现在膜电极上降低铱使用载量的目的。本文提出一种新型析氧催化剂的制备方案:在传统铱基催化剂中引入钯元素,开发出钯铱合金催化剂,将钯作为新增的活性点,并充分利用钯金属与铱金属的合金效应,激发铱基催化剂的隐藏活性,其析氧过电位仅为344 mV,塔菲尔斜率为75.71 mV/dec,活性较传统铱基催化剂大幅提升。将其应用于膜电极上,当铱载量为0.33 mg/cm^(2)时,在1000 mA/cm^(2)的工作电流密度下,电解水电压仅为1.867 V,且已稳定运行350 h。Proton exchange membrane water electrolysis is one of the main technical routes for the production of green hydrogen,and it is also a research hotspot in the water electrolysis industry.The membrane electrode is the core component of the proton exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen production technology,and its core development work is mainly to reduce the iridium load on the membrane electrode by manipulating the internal structure of the anode iridium-based catalyst,adding new active sites and enhancing its stability.In this paper,a new type of oxygen evolution catalyst is proposed:palladium is introduced into the traditional iridium-based catalyst,a palladium-iridium alloy catalyst is developed,palladium is used as a new active point,and the alloying effect of palladium metal and iridium metal is fully used to stimulate the hidden activity of the iridium-based catalyst,and its oxygen evolution overpotential is only 344 mV,and the Tafel slope value is 75.71 mV/dec,which is much higher than that of the traditional iridium-based catalyst.When the iridium load is O.33 mg/cm^(2),the voltage of the electrolyzed water is only 1.867 V at the working current density of 1000 mA/cm^(2),and the operation has been stable for 350 h.
