摘 要:2020年颁布并实施的《精细化工企业工程设计防火标准》(GB 51283—2020)对于指导精细化工企业的防火设计起到了关键作用。其中,该标准对精细化工企业生产车间及其内部设施的相关防火间距等提出了新要求,使车间总体布置产生了新变化。本文以该标准为指引,结合精细化工企业甲类车间的厂房型式、车间储罐(组)与生产设施内建筑和设备的防火间距等,从实用性和经济性角度研究和分析甲类车间的总体布置。The"Fire protection standard for engineering design of fine chemical enterprise"(GB 512832020)promulgated and implemented in 2020 has played a key role in guiding the fire protection de-sign of fine chemical enterprises.Among them,this standard puts forward new requirements for the fire sepa-ration distance of production workshops and their internal facilities in fine chemical enterprises,which has brought new changes to the overall layout of the workshop.Guided by this standard and combined with the type of workshop,the fire distance between the workshop storage tank(group)and the building and equip-ment in the production facility,this paper studies and analyzes the general layout of Class A workshop in fine chemical enterprises from the perspective of practicability and economy.
