摘 要:由于纸张具有来源广泛、成本低廉、可降解及生物相容性良好等特点,其被用作分析和诊断测试的基底材料。近年来,纸质微流控技术已成为一种创新性的平台与学术研究热点,并在多个领域有广泛的应用,特别在资源受限区域的快速检测方向展现出巨大的潜力。鉴于此,本文概述了纸基微流控芯片的工作原理及其在医疗和环境检测领域的应用,以期为相关的应用与开发提供技术参考。Paper is used as a substrate material for analytical and diagnostic tests due to its wide range of sources,low cost,degradability and good biocompatibility.In recent years,paper-based microfluidic technology has become an innovative platform and hotspot of academic research,and has a wide range of applications in several fields,especially in the direction of rapid detection applications in resource-constrained areas showing great potential.In view of this,this paper outlines the working principle of paper-based microfluidic chips and their applications in medical and environmental detection fields,with a view to providing technical references for related applications and development.
