摘 要:白藜芦醇是一种在植物中广泛存在的多酚类化合物,药理研究揭示其具备抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗糖尿病、抗骨质疏松、神经保护等药理作用,因此在医药健康领域具有广泛的应用前景。然而,其水溶解度低、稳定性较差以及生物利用度不高的问题,长期以来制约了其临床开发。本文对近年来白藜芦醇的药理作用及新型纳米微粒载药系统研究进行了归纳总结,以期为白藜芦醇临床制剂的开发提供参考。Resveratrol is a kind of polyphenols widely found in plants.Pharmacological studies have revealed that it has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetic,anti-osteoporosis and neuroprotective effects,and has a wide application prospect in the field of medicine and health.However,its low water solubility,poor stability and low bioavailability have restricted its clinical development for a long time.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of resveratrol and new drug delivery systems in recent years were summarized in order to provide reference for the development of clinical preparations of resveratrol.
