摘 要:近几年来,国内炼化一体化项目陆续投产,茂金属聚乙烯产能持续扩大,低端产品同质化严重。2023年,国内茂金属聚乙烯自给率仅有13.83%。高端产品研发和国产自给率提升是未来茂金属聚乙烯发展方向。制约茂金属聚乙烯产品性能提升的主要因素为生产工艺、催化剂、共聚单体,本文阐述此三要素的发展现状,并结合国内的研发和生产情况,对我国茂金属聚乙烯工业发展提出一些建议。In recent years,domestic refining and chemical integration projects have been put into production one after another,and the domestic metallocene polyethylene production capacity has continued to expand,resulting in serious homogenization of low-end products.In 2023,the self-sufficiency rate of domestic metallocene polyethylene was only 13.83%.The research and development of high-end products and improvement of domestic self-sufficiency rate are the development directions of metallocene polyethylene in the future.The main factors restricting the performance improvement of metallocene polyethylene products are production process,catalyst and copolymer monomer.The development status of these three factors is described,and some suggestions are put forward for the development of metallocene polyethylene industry in China.
