摘  要:在当前全球化工产业追求高效能、低排放的发展趋势下,氯碱生产作为基础化学工业的重要环节,其技术革新和环境影响受到极大关注。本研究聚焦于氯碱生产过程中所面临的能源消耗高、环境污染严重以及生产效率待提升等关键问题,通过综合文献回顾与分析,探讨了近年来氯碱生产工艺中的创新技术与传统方法的融合情况,重点考察了节能减排新技术的应用、电化学效率的提升手段以及过程集成优化策略。采用了系统性文献综述的方法,对国内外发表的相关学术论文、技术报告以及行业动态进行了梳理和深入分析。同时,结合案例研究和专家访谈,验证了新技术在实际生产中的应用效果及其可行性。研究的重点集中在比较各种工艺技术的环境效益和经济性,以及评估这些技术如何协同作用以优化整个氯碱生产过程。研究发现,采用膜极距离子交换膜(MEDT)技术和扩展的电解槽设计能显著提高氯碱生产的能效比,减少副产物生成,从而降低生产成本和环境负担。此外,利用先进的过程控制和系统集成技术能够进一步提高操作灵活性和过程稳定性,促进资源循环利用。In the current global trend of pursuing high efficiency and low emissions in the chemical industry,chlor alkali production,as an important link in the basic chemical industry,has received great attention for its technological innovation and environmental impact.This study focuses on the key issues faced in the chlor alkali production process,such as high energy consumption,severe environmental pollution,and the need to improve production efficiency.To address the aforementioned issues,this article explores the integration of innovative technologies and traditional methods in chlor alkali production processes in recent years through a comprehensive literature review and analysis.The focus is on the application of new energy-saving and emission reduction technologies,methods for improving electrochemical efficiency,and process integration optimization strategies.This study adopted a systematic literature review method to review and analyze relevant academic papers,technical reports,and industry trends published domestically and internationally.At the same time,combining case studies and expert interviews,the application effect and feasibility of the new technology in actual production were verified.The focus of the research is on comparing the environmental and economic benefits of various process technologies,as well as evaluating how these technologies work together to optimize the entire chlor alkali production process.Research has found that the use of membrane electrode distance ion exchange membrane(MEDT)technology and extended electrolytic cell design can significantly improve the energy efficiency ratio of chlor alkali production,reduce by-product generation,and thus reduce production costs and environmental burden.In addition,utilizing advanced process control and system integration technologies can further improve operational flexibility and process stability,promoting resource recycling.
