摘　　要：为了规范项目施工作业质量,使各专业工程施工作业标准化、规范化,提高工程施工作业质量,确保项目运行满足法律法规和规范质量要求,在先期策划阶段,就把样板引路作为指导方向,为了把好质量关口,从源头控制好现场的施工质量,项目推行施工样板引路的概念,编制了样板工程典范方案,按照方案在现场施工作业全过程实行样板引路制。质量样板的类型分为两部分,实体样板和BIM展板,在实体工程首道工序开始前,即按照既定的样板典范方案,对照BIM解析展板,对施工单位的操作工人以及现场的质量管理人员进行工序交底,让大家明白该工作的操作要求以及质量控制重点,当在理论层级完全掌握以后,再要求施工单位在样板展示区,按照图纸进行样板施工,在施工过程中要求相关的人员进行观摩与学习。In order to standardize the quality of project construction operations,standardize and normalize various professional engineering construction operations,improve the quality of engineering construction operations,and ensure that the project operation meets the quality requirements of laws,regulations,and norms,the early planning stage took the template guidance as the guiding direction.In order to control the construction quality from the source and control the quality of the site,the project promoted the concept of construction template guidance,and prepared a template engineering model plan.According to the plan,the template guidance system was implemented throughout the entire process of on-site construction operations.The types of quality templates are divided into two parts:physical templates and BIM display boards.Before the first process of physical engineering begins,the established template template scheme is followed,and BIM analysis display boards are compared to provide process instructions to the operators of the construction unit and on-site quality management personnel,so that everyone can understand the operational requirements and quality control points of the work.After fully mastering the theoretical level,the construction unit is required to carry out template construction in the template display area according to the drawings,and relevant personnel are required to observe and learn during the construction process.
