摘  要:设计了集臭氧氧化、溶气气浮和富氧催化氧化于一体的“三相接触气浮氧化塔”,并应用于某石化企业非加氢净化水预处理工段。该设备处理量150 m^(3)/h,占地面积小,密闭性好,抗冲击能力强,设备投入运行后,有效解决了来水水质波动造成的影响污水厂正常运行和异味扰民等问题。运行结果表明,对有迫切需要改善非加氢净化水处理的石化企业,该设备在经济和技术上都是可行的,其具有一定的工程应用价值。This project designed a“three-phase contacting air floating oxidation tower”which integrates ozone oxidation,dissolved air floating and oxygen-rich catalytic oxidation.The device is applied to the pretreatment section of non-hydrogenated effluent,that has a processing capacity of 150 m^(3)/h covers a small area,good airtight,strong impact resistance.The device effectively solved the problems caused by the fluctuation of inlet water quality,such as affecting the normal operation of wastewater treatment and the nuisance caused by odor etc.The running results show that the device is feasible both economically and technically and has certain engineering application value for the petrochemical enterprises that have an urgent need to improve the pretreatment of non-hydrogenated effluent.
