摘  要:为了提高荧光探针法检测抗生素氯霉素(CAP)的灵敏度和稳定性,本文制备半胱胺修饰的铜配合物(CuCy-Cl)荧光探针。实验结果表明,CuCy-Cl具有优异的荧光稳定性,并对氯霉素表现出较高的选择性和优异的灵敏度。基于动态猝灭机制,实现对抗生素氯霉素的有效识别。CAP浓度(C_(CAP))在0.5~9μmol/L或10~90μmol/L范围内,F_(0)/F与C_(CAP)呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.128μmol/L。CuCy-Cl成功用于湖水和氯霉素滴眼液中CAP含量的荧光测定,加标回收率为97.4%~103.2%。To enhance the sensitivity and stability of the fluorometric detection of the antibiotic chloramphenicol(CAP),a fluorescent probe of copper complex modified with cysteamine(CuCy-Cl)was prepared.The experimental results indicated that CuCy-Cl exhibited excellent fluorescence stability and demonstrated high selectivity and outstanding sensitivity to chloramphenicol.Based on the dynamic quenching mechanism,the effective identification of antibiotic chloramphenicol was realized.In the range of 0.5~9μmol/L or 10~90μmol/L,F_(0)/F showed a good linear relationship with CCAP,and the detection limit was 0.128μmol/L.CuCy-Cl was successfully used for the fluorescence determination of chloramphenicol in lake water and eye drops with recoveries of 97.4%~103.2%.
