摘  要:苏59-13-XX井设计井深4968 m,垂深3675 m,水平段长1001 m。施工过程中二开钻进至3790 m时发生井下复杂情况,需填眼侧钻,综合考虑井眼轨迹、地层岩性、水泥塞面等,在3490 m开始侧钻,选择短保径、高侧向力钻头配合立林7LZ165×1.75°螺杆微增斜降方位侧钻,历时13 h,侧钻井段3490~3496.5 m,侧钻进尺6.5 m,侧钻成功,侧钻轨迹平滑,为后续施工创造了良好条件。首先简要介绍了苏59-13-XX井基本情况、工程遇到的复杂井况及处理过程,其次详细论述了侧钻轨迹的设计、PDC钻头和BHA优选技术、侧钻作业施工难点、侧钻前准备及具体侧钻施工过程。The design depth of the Su59-13-XX well is 4968 m,with a vertical depth of 3675 m and a horizontal section of 1001 m.During the construction process,downhole complex situation occurred when the second-spud drilling reached 3790 m,requiring sidetracking.After considering factors such as wellbore trajectory,formation lithology,and cement plug,sidetracking started at 3490 m.A bit of short gauge,high side force was chosen in combination with the Lilin 7LZ165×1.75°screw for micro build-up azimuth-drop sidetracking.The sidetracking took 13 hours,with the sidetracked section from 3490 to 3496.5 m,advancing 6.5 m.The sidetracking was successful and the sidetrack trajectory was smooth,creating good conditions for subsequent construction.This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of Su 59-13-XX well,the complex well conditions encountered in the project and the solution.Then,the paper detailly discusses the design of the sidetracking trajectory,selection technology of PDC drill bit and BHA,difficulties of sidetracking operation,preparation before sidetracking,and specific sidetracking construction process.
