摘  要:随着油气勘探开发向深层扩展,地层越来越复杂,钻井难度也越来越大,主要表现为地质情况复杂、地层可钻性差、钻头加压困难、对井下工具的抗高温性能要求高等,尤其是深部古老地层,机械钻速低,严重制约着深井钻井速度,增加了施工成本,因此提高难钻地层的机械钻速极为迫切。GT1井是一口重点风险探井,针对该井施工中存在的技术难题,通过井身结构优化、防斜打直钻具组合应用、个性化PDC钻头设计、提速工具优选等措施的综合应用,钻井速度得到有效提升,并创造了多项施工纪录。With the expansion of oil and gas exploration and development to deeper layers,the formation is becoming more complex,and drilling is also more difficult.The main manifestations are complex geological conditions,poor formation drillability,difficulty in pressurizing drill bits,and high requirements for high-temperature resistance of downhole tools.Especially,in ancient deep formations,low rate of penetration seriously restricts deep well drilling speed,increasing construction costs.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to improve the rate of penetrationin difficult-to-drill formations.GT1 well is a key risk exploration well.In response to the technical difficulties in the construction of this well,the drilling speed has been effectively improved through the comprehensive application of measures such as casing program optimization,combined application of deviation control drilling tool,personalized PDC drill bit design,and acceleration tool selection,setting multiple construction records.
