摘 要:水基成膜钻井液技术是近些年来研究较多和发展较快的一种井壁强化技术。试验发现正压成膜处理剂PMF可有效提高地层承压能力。由有机盐钻井液或钾盐聚合物钻井液与PMF复配,形成正压成膜钻井液体系,其渗透率恢复值高,能较好地保护油层。在60~160℃条件下,由正压成膜钻井液体系封堵的地层,其地层承压能力可以达到5.6 MPa,在150℃条件下封堵0.5 mm缝宽地层时,其地层承压能力可达到12 MPa,封堵1.0 mm缝宽地层时,其地层承压能力可达到6.8 MPa;砂床封堵试验表明,砂床承压能力可达到30 MPa,封堵岩心时,岩心的承压能力可达到15 MPa。正压成膜处理剂PMF在两口海上井中开展的井下承压试验表明,现场承压试验结果良好。Water-based film-forming drilling fluid technology is a kind of wellbore strengthening technology which has been studied and developed rapidly in recent years.It was found in the experiment that the positive pressure membrane-forming additive PMF can effectively improve the pressure-bearing capacity of the formation.A positive-pressure film-forming drilling fluid system was formed by combining organic salt drilling fluid or potassium salt polymer drilling fluid with PMF.Permeability recovery of the drilling fluid system is high and can effectively protect the reservoir.Under conditions of 60~160℃,the pressure-bearing capacity of the formation plugged by the positive-pressure film-forming drilling fluid system could be 5.6 MPa.When plugging a 0.5 mm wide formation at 150℃the pressure-bearing capacity of the formation could reach 12 MPa.When plugging a 1.0 mm wide formation,the pressure-bearing capacity of the formation could reach 6.8 MPa.The sand bed plugging test showed that the bearing capacity of the sand bed could reach 30 MPa.When plugging the core,pressure pressure-bearing capacity of the core could reach 15 MPa.Downhole pressure tests were conducted on two offshore wells using the positive pressure membrane-forming additive PMF,showing good results.
