摘 要:GT1井地质复杂,地质预测存在多个断层和高压气层,因此该井三开、四开选用抗高温有机盐钻井液体系,该体系具有抑制性强、抗高温性强、抗黏土污染能力强、井壁稳定等特点。抗高温有机盐钻井液体系在GT1井的应用表明,相对于类似井况的KT1井,GT1井实钻钻井液的动切力初、终切值更高,动塑比更高,更有利于井眼清洁;GT1井有机盐井段平均井径扩大率更小,钻井液抑制性更强,井壁更稳定,井径更规则;GT1井全井的平均机械钻速比KT1井提高26.38%;GT1井减少了节流循环时间,节约了钻完井周期。The geological condition of the GT1 well is complex,and multiple faults and high-pressure gas formations are predicted to exist according to geological prediction.Therefore,the high-temperature resistant organic salt drilling fluid system is selected for the third-and fourth-spud of the well.This system is strong in inhibition,high-temperature resistance,and clay pollution resistance,making stable wellbore.The application of a high-temperature resistant organic salt drilling fluid system in GT1 well shows that compared to similar well conditions in KT1 well,dynamic initial and 10-min gel strength as well as dynamic plastic ratio of the drilling fluid in GT1 well are higher,more conducive to wellbore cleaning.The average expansion rate of the section drilled with organic salt system in GT1 well is smaller.The drilling fluid′s inhibition is stronger,the wellbore is more stable,and the wellbore diameter is more uniform.The average penetration rate of GT1 well is 26.38%higher than that of KT1 well,reducing the throttling circulation time and shortening drilling and completion cycle.
