摘  要:发现溢流后迅速实施关井是防止发生井喷的唯一正确处理措施。如何正确关井是现场不可忽视的重要问题,涉及到防喷器组、节流压井管汇及内防喷工具的配置和使用、井涌余量的应用、关井方式的选择及关井程序的优化等。通过介绍标准中关于井控设备配置的要求、井涌余量的概念、不同关井方式的优缺点及关井时应该注意的问题等,分析总结了施工现场如何通过合理选择井控设备、优化关井程序等措施实现正确关井,以期对今后的井控管理工作提供参考。The only correct way to prevent a blowout is to shut in a well quickly after an overflow is discovered.The correct method for well shut-in is a non-negligible problem in site,involving the arrangement and use of blowout preventer(BOP)group,choke and kill manifold and inner blowout preventer(IBOP),the application of kick tolerance,the choice of shut-in method and the optimization of shut-in procedures.This paper introduced the requirements of well control equipment arrangement in the standard,the concept of kick tolerance,the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for well shut-in and notable problems during the process,and the correct method for well shut-in.Then it summarized the correct selection of well control equipment and the optimization of shut-in procedures on site.It is expected that some contributions are made to the future well control management of the company.
