摘　　要：顶驱作为海洋石油钻井平台的关键钻井装备之一,已成为石油钻井行业的标准产品。顶驱可从井架上部空间直接旋转钻杆,沿专用导轨向下送进,完成钻杆旋转钻进、循环钻井液、接立柱、上卸扣和倒划眼等多种钻井操作,具有安全生产、提高作业效率、有效防止钻井事故等优点。在日常使用过程中,需要根据其投入使用的运行时间进行定期的预防性维护。由于钻井平台生产节奏紧凑,顶驱大修有时无法在车间进行,因此现场大修往往会成为其第二选择。为完善改进现场维修方法,提高维修质量,节约维修工期,根据工作实践,对TDS-1000A型顶驱现场预防性维修的步骤、方法及注意事项进行了探讨。At present,as one of the key drilling equipment of offshore oil drilling platforms,the top drive has become a standard product of the oil drilling industry.It can directly rotate the drill pipe from the upper space of the derrick and feed it downward along the special guide rail to complete a variety of drilling operations,such as rotary drilling of the drill pipe,circulating drilling fluid,connecting pipe-stands,making up and breaking out pipes,and back-reaming,and has the advantages of safe production,improving operational efficiency,and effectively preventing drilling accidents.During the daily use process,it is necessary to carry out regular preventive maintenance according to the running time.However,due to the compact production rhythm of the drilling platform,the overhaul of the top drive sometimes cannot be carried out in the workshop.Therefore,on-site overhaul often becomes its second choice.To improve the on-site maintenance methods,enhance the maintenance quality,and save the maintenance period,this paper discusses and analyzes the steps,methods,and matters for attention in the on-site overhaul of TDS-1000A top drive according to the author′s work practice.
