摘 要:海洋钻井工程是海洋油气勘探开发的重要手段,工程质量的优劣、技术水平的高低、生产时效的快慢将直接关系到油气勘探开发的综合经济效益。通过对重点项目的套管内起下钻速度、下套管速度、拆装井口时间等钻井关键节点作业时效数据进行统计、对标,分析影响作业时效的主要因素,并在施工方案、作业工序、生产组织等方面提出改进措施。通过在多个钻井平台推广应用,有效提高了钻井速度与服务质量,并缩短了钻井周期,进而验证了改进措施的先进性和有效性。Offshore drilling engineering is an important way to explore offshore oil and gas.Its engineering quality,technology level,and operation efficiency are directly related to the comprehensive economic benefits of oil and gas exploration.By tallying and benchmarking the key projects′operation efficiency data of key nodes in drilling including casing tripping speed,casing running speed,and time for assembly and disassembly of the wellhead,this paper analyzed the main factors affecting the operation efficiency and put forward measures for improving construction scheme,operation procedure and production organization.The application in multiple drilling platforms demonstrates that the measures can improve the drilling speed and service quality as well as shorten the drilling cycle,showing advancement and effectiveness.
