摘  要:以短视频中辍行为用户为研究对象,结合框架效应和保护动机理论,采用经验取样法发放框架信息材料和自制问卷,以探讨信息框架对三类短视频中辍行为用户信息茧房认知改变影响的差异情况。对结果进行统计分析发现,无持续使用意向(暂停中辍)的用户对陷入信息茧房危害的认知明显高于有持续使用意向(节制中辍、间断中辍)的用户。信息框架的类型和刺激强度对不同中辍行为用户的影响具有差异性:对节制中辍的个体,应以连续负性信息刺激干预为主,提高其茧房危害意识;对间断中辍的个体,应以正负框架混合刺激为主,推动其认知重塑;对暂停中辍的个体,应以连续正性信息刺激为主,缓解其负面情绪。Taking short-video dropout behavior users as the research object,combining the framing effect and protection motivation theory,with the empirical sampling method,we distribute framed information materials and self-administered questionnaires in order to explore the differences in the impact of information framing on the cognitive change of information cocooning among three types of short-video dropout behavior users.Statistical analysis of the results has revealed that users without an intention of continuous use(suspended interruption)have significantly higher perceptions of the hazards of falling into an information cocoon than those with an intention of continuous use(moderated interruption and intermittent interruption).The types of information frames and stimulus intensity have differential effects on users with different dropout behaviors:for individuals with abstinence dropout,continuous negative information stimulus interventions should be the main focus to increase their awareness of cocooning hazards;for individuals with intermittent dropout,mixed stimuli of positive and negative frames should be the main focus to promote cognitive remodeling;and for individuals with pause dropout,continuous positive information stimuli should be the main focus to alleviate their negative emotions.
