浆锚连接注浆技术在装配式建筑竖向构件安装施工中的应用

摘　　要：针对装配式建筑中注浆工艺的应用和质量控制点进行了调查,采用浆锚连接注浆技术解决了装配式建筑竖向构件节点的可靠连接。通过检查灌孔是否通畅、采取分仓措施、封堵接缝、湿润灌浆面、压浆法施工等方法,实现了注浆工艺节点连接。此外,还对灌浆质量、连接节点保护等关键施工环节进行了细致调查。The application of grouting technology and quality control points in prefabricated buildings were investigated,and the reliable connection of vertical component nodes in prefabricated buildings was solved by using the grouting technology of slurry anchor connection.By checking whether the grouting hole is unobstructed,taking measures of warehouse separation,sealing the joint,wetting the grouting surface,grouting construction and other methods,the connection of grouting process nodes is realized.In addition,the key construction links such as grouting quality and connection node protection were investigated in detail.
