摘　　要：住宅建设工程中,防渗漏问题是重点,而且别墅相对于其他建筑更特殊,外形多样、功能要求多,一旦防水节点不到位,极易引起渗漏问题。论文以别墅工程为案例,论述了保温外墙JS复合防水涂料施工的准备,施工工艺的主要流程及操作要点,大面积保温外墙JS复合防水涂料施工检查验收及效果检测等。In the residential construction project,the problem of leakage prevention is the focus,and the villa is more special than other buildings,with diverse shapes and functional requirements,once the waterproof node is not in place,it is easy to cause leakage problems.Taking villa project as a case,this paper discusses the preparation stage of JS composite waterproof coating construction,the main process of construction technology and operation points,the construction inspection and acceptance of JS composite waterproof coating for large area of thermal insulation exterior wall and the effect test.
