摘　　要：对高层建筑施工安全管理的重要性、影响施工安全的风险因素、管理策略等进行系统的探讨,提出了多项安全管理策略,包括构建安全施工管理制度、重视人员安全培训与教育、建立健全安全监督管理体系、施工材料及设备管理、应用BIM技术和建设智慧工地系统。The importance of construction safety management of high-rise buildings,risk factors affecting construction safety and management strategies are systematically discussed,and a number of safety management strategies are put forward,including the construction of safe construction management system,the emphasis on personnel safety training and education,the establishment and improvement of safety supervision and management system,construction materials and equipment management,the application of BIM technology and the construction of smart site system.
