摘　　要：介绍了EPC模式的优势和面临的挑战,提出EPC模式的优化方式,包括加强与甲方的沟通、选择合适的联合体合作单位、完善EPC项目的沟通与分配机制,并在海瑞文化公园景观提升工程EPC总承包项目中进行应用,获得了良好的效果。The advantages and challenges of EPC mode are introduced,and the optimization methods of EPC mode are put forward,including strengthening communication with Party A,selecting appropriate joint cooperation units,improving the communication and allocation mechanism of EPC projects.And it is applied in the EPC general contract project of Hairui Cultural Park landscape improvement project,and good results are obtained.
