摘　　要：介绍了全咨项目的组织模式与管控制度,分享了以设计为主导,涵盖项目管理、勘察、设计、监理、造价、其他咨询等业务的经验与感悟,以及对未来全咨业务提升发展的一些思考。This paper introduces the organizational model and control system of the all-consulting project,shares the experience and sentiment of design-led,covering project management,survey,design,supervision,cost,and other consulting businesses,as well as some thoughts on the future improvement and development of all-consulting business.
