摘 要:从不同种源引进8个杨树优良无性系(107、108、111、BF-1、BF-2、2012、L-01、L-2),2018年在河北省滦南县、盐山县、阜城县3个试验地营建无性系对比试验林,试验采用完全随机区组设计,设置4个区组,每个区组设置8个小区,每个小区栽植9~14株,株行距为3 m×4 m,周围设置1列保护行;2018—2023年每年(2019年除外)秋季落叶后对3片试验林无性系树高、胸径、材积生长量进行持续测定;采用多点联合方差分析法、基因型主效应与基因型×环境相互作用(GGE)双标图法,对树高、胸径、单株材积进行多点联合方差分析,对基因型与环境的互作效应进行分析,计算无性系性状重复力、遗传增益,评价各无性系丰产性、稳定性,筛选适应各试验地的优良无性系。结果表明:3片试验林6年生生长性状对比,树高、胸径、单株材积的累计生长量均逐年提高。综合看,试验地阜城的无性系108生长最佳,滦南和盐山的无性系L-01生长最佳。以无性系为固定效应、地点为随机效应的联合方差分析表明,地点、无性系和无性系×地点3个条件时的生长性状均存在显著差异(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01),各无性系在不同立地条件时的生长性状不一致。GGE双标图分析表明,阜城为最佳测试地点、其次是盐山和滦南;阜城和盐山两地点间相关性最强,基因型与环境的交互作用对杨树的生长影响显著。依据各无性系在各试验地适应性综合生长性状及材积遗传增益,按照50%入选率,选出108、BF-2、2012、L-01为优良杨树无性系。杨树无性系间及在不同试验地,均呈现显著的生长差异,无性系与试验地呈现显著互作效应。综合评估8个6年生无性系,筛选出4个具有优良适应性和稳定性的杨树无性系;这些优良无性系可被视为优质品种,可在试验区域推广应用。Eight superior poplar clones(107,108,111,BF-1,BF-2,2012,L-01,L-2)were introduced from different provenances.In 2018,comparison trials of these clones were established at three experimental sites in Luannan County,Yanshan County,and Fucheng County,Hebei Province.The experiment employed a completely randomized block design,with four blocks and eight plots in each block,where each plot contained 9 to 14 plants,planted at a spacing of 3 m×4 m,protected by a row of barrier plants around the perimeter.From 2018 to 2023,tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH),and individual volume growth were continuously measured in the three experimental plots each autumn after leaf fall,except for 2019.Multi-site joint analysis of variance and genotype main effects combined with genotype×environment interaction(GGE)biplot analysis were used to assess tree height,DBH,and individual volume through multi-site combined variance analysis and to analyze the interaction effects between genotypes and environments.The repeatability and genetic gains for the traits of the clones were calculated to evaluate the productivity and stability of each clone,leading to the selection of superior clones adaptable to each experimental site.The results showed that,over six years,the cumulative growth of tree height,DBH,and individual volume increased annually across the three experimental sites.Overall,clone 108 exhibited the best growth at the Fucheng site,while clone L-01 demonstrated the best growth at both Luannan and Yanshan sites.Joint ANOVA,considering clones as fixed effects and sites as random effects,indicated significant differences(P<0.05)or extremely significant differences(P<0.01)in growth traits under the conditions of site,clone,and clone×site interaction,revealing inconsistencies in the growth traits of each clone under different site conditions.GGE biplot analysis indicated that Fucheng was the optimal test site,followed by Yanshan and Luannan.Fucheng and Yanshan showed the strongest correlation,highlighting the significant impact
