摘 要:以丽水市全域(7县1市1区)为研究区域、丽水市2015—2016年森林资源二类调查数据为基础,采用小班调查法,调查研究区域林木资源的种类、数量、质量和分布;以10 a为1个周期(2015年1月1日—2024年12月31日),采用基本木材密度、生物量转化系数、根冠比、含碳量缺省值计算碳汇量;根据森林健康状况评估原则,借鉴已有研究成果,并结合丽水市的地理条件,构建了3大类(结构完整性、功能稳定性、系统活力性)12项评价指标的丽水市森林健康状况评价指标体系、森林健康评价模型;利用加权平均法测算森林健康总得分,依据得分值(U_(i))将丽水市的森林健康状况划分为4个级别——健康(U_(i)≥2.5)、亚健康(2.0≤U_(i)<2.5)、中健康(1.5≤U_(i)<2.0)、不健康(U_(i)<1.5);采用层次分析法(AHP)评估森林健康状况。结果表明:丽水市各区县可开发森林经营项目的面积为79.20万hm^(2),预计在项目10 a计入期内能够实现碳汇减排量1402万t。丽水市森林健康状态比例,由大到小依次为健康(93.61%)、亚健康(5.04%)、中等健康(1.32%)、不健康(0.02%),总体森林健康状况良好。Taking the entire Lishui city area(comprising 7 counties,1 city,and 1 district)as the research zone,and based on the second-class forest resource survey data from^(2)015 to 2016,this study employed a small-scale survey method to investigate the species,quantities,qualities,and distributions of forest resources in the region.A ten-year period(from January 1,2015,to December 31,2024)was defined for carbon sink calculations using basic wood density,biomass conversion coefficients,root-to-shoot ratios,and default carbon content values.Following the principles of forest health assessment and leveraging existing research findings while considering Lishui’s geographical conditions,a forest health evaluation index system was constructed,consisting of three main categories(structural completeness,functional stability,and system vitality)with a total of 12 evaluation indicators,as well as a forest health assessment model.The overall forest health score was calculated using a weighted average method,and based on the score values(U_(i)),the forest health status in Lishui City was classified into four levels:healthy(U_(i)≥2.5),sub-healthy(2.0≤U_(i)<2.5),moderately Healthy(1.5≤U_(i)<2.0),and Unhealthy(U_(i)<1.5).The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method was used to evaluate forest health status.The results showed that the area available for developing forest management projects in Lishui city is 792000 hm^(2),with an expected carbon sink reduction of 14.02 million tons within the ten-year project period.The distribution of forest health status in Lishui City is as follows:healthy(93.61%),sub-healthy(5.04%),moderately Healthy(1.32%),and unhealthy(0.02%),indicating an overall good state of forest health.
