摘　　要：目的:分析老年髋部骨折人工股骨头置换术后出院准备度评估及影响因素、护理对策分析。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年12月莆田学院附属医院收治的96例老年髋部骨折患者作为研究对象,采用出院准备度量表(RHDS)评估患者出院准备情况,并采用一般资料调查问卷、髋关节功能Hqrris评分(HHS)、出院指导质量量表(QDTS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查,比较不同特征的患者RHDS评分,找出相关影响因素。结果:96例老年髋部骨折患者人工股骨头置换术后RHDS评分为(78.85±7.85)分;不同出院后去处、髋关节功能、社会支持的老年髋部骨折人工股骨头置换术后RHDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步研究发现,出院后回家、髋关节功能差、出院指导质量差、社会支持低是老年髋部骨折人工股骨头置换术后出院准备度因素。结论:老年髋部骨折人工股骨头置换术后出院准备度水平中等,而出院后回家、髋关节功能差、出院指导质量差、社会支持低是其影响因素。Objective:To analyze the assessment of discharge readiness after hip fracture artificial femoral head replacement in elderly patients and analyze the influencing factors and nursing countermeasures.Method:A total of 96 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital(Group)of Putian University from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS)was used to evaluate the patient's discharge readiness.General data questionnaire,hip function Hqrris score(HHS),Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale(QDTS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate the RHDS scores of patients with different characteristics and find out the relevant influencing factors.Result:The RHDS score of 96 elderly patients with hip fractures after artificial femoral head replacement surgery was(78.85±7.85)points.The comparison of RHDS scores of the aged patients with hip fracture after artificial femoral head replacement were statistically significant in different places,hip function and social support(P<0.05).Further research has found that returning home after discharge,poor hip joint function,poor quality of discharge guidance,and low social support are factors for discharge after artificial femoral head replacement surgery for elderly hip fractures(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level for discharge after artificial femoral head replacement surgery for elderly hip fractures is moderate,while factors such as returning home after discharge,poor hip joint function,poor quality of discharge guidance,and low social support are its influencing factors.
