针刺调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究观察针刺调周法在改善多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年7月海南省妇女儿童医学中心收治的60例PCOS不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机分配法分为针刺组和对照组,每组各30例。针刺组和对照组分别采用针刺调周法和来曲唑治疗,连续治疗3个周期和随访6个周期。比较两组治疗前后性激素、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、卵巢体积、内膜厚度、排卵率、妊娠率及各期月经情况评分变化。结果:针刺组促黄体生成素(LH)、LH/促卵泡生成素(FSH)、睾酮(T)较治疗前明显下降,且针刺组LH、T较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组卵巢体积、内膜厚度、排卵率、妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);针刺组治疗后、治疗后3个月月经情况评分较治疗前均下降,且针刺组较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺调周法治疗PCOS不孕症患者疗效确切,有效改善性激素、LH、T及临床月经情况,其中以长效调整月经周期频率为主,值得临床作为优势疗法进行推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture regulating the cycle in improving the infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)through a randomized controlled experiment.Method:60 PCOS infertility patient addmitted to Hainan Women and Children Medical Center from June 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into acupunctrue group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The acupuncture group and the control group were treated with acupuncture and letrozole for 3 cycles and 6 cycles of follow-up,respectively.Changes of sex hormone,anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and menstruation score between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:LH,LH/FSH and T in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and LH and T in acupuncture group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of menstruation in the acupuncture group decreased after treatment and 3 months after treatment,and the acupuncture group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for regulating menstrual cycle is effective in treating PCOS infertility patients,and it can effectively improve sex hormones,LH,T and clinical menstruation,especially the long-term adjustment of menstrual cycle frequency,which is worthy to be popularized as a dominant therapy in clinic.
