穴位按摩联合雷火灸对寒邪犯胃型小儿急性单纯性胃炎疼痛的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位按摩联合雷火灸对寒邪犯胃型小儿急性单纯性胃炎疼痛的干预效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2023年11月东莞市中医院收治的102例急性单纯性胃炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组。两组入院后均进行基础对症治疗,对照组加用山莨菪碱肌内注射治疗,观察组加用采用穴位按摩联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛缓解程度、中医症状积分比较及治疗有效率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分;比较两组治疗依从率和家属对治疗结果的满意率。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗后45 min内疼痛评分更低,治疗后60 min内中医症候积分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果较对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗后3 d内睡眠质量提升更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合雷火灸在小儿寒邪犯胃型胃脘痛治疗中的应用效果较好,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,在短期内降低患儿疼痛程度,提高其睡眠质量与治疗依从性,同时还能促进患儿身体状态康复,患儿家属对两种中医外治方法满意度较高。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of acupoint massage combined with lightning fire moxibustion on acute simple gastritis pain in children with cold evil invading the stomach type.Method:102 children with acute simple gastritis admitted to Dongguan TCM Hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method.Both groups received basic symptomatic treatment after admission.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of anisodamine,the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with lightning fire moxibustion.The degree of pain relief,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,treatment effectiveness,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The treatment compliance rate of two groups of children and the satisfaction rate of family members with the treatment results also were compared.Result:45 minutes after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).60 minutes after treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The third day after treatment,the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint massage combined with lightning fire moxibustion in the treatment of children with cold pathogenic invasion of stomach type epigastric pain has a good effect.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,reduce the degree of pain in the short term,improve their sleep qualit
