基于情志学说浅析肾脏病患者的心理健康综述

摘　　要：本文通过对近些年不同数据库关于肾病患者心理状态文献的检索和查阅,基于中医基础理论、中医情志学说及医学心理学等理论基础,对患有尿路感染、肾病综合征(NS)、糖尿病肾病以及慢性肾衰竭等疾病而未行血液透析患者的心理状态和心理特点进行分析和归纳,指出情志活动与人体脏腑功能和病理变化密切相关,肾脏病患者人群相对于正常人群在心理状态方面会有所差异,易产生心理障碍或出现异常心理活动表现,如焦虑、抑郁、自卑等;指出当前临床对肾病患者心理状态是否健康这一问题的关注度仍有缺乏,强调单纯重视患者的生理健康是不够的,建议临床在保证治疗效果的同时应积极主动参与到维稳患者心理健康的目标中来。Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,emotional theory of traditional Chinese medicine and medical psychology,this paper analyzes and summarizes the psychological state and characteristics of patients with urinary tract infection,nephrotic syndrome(NS),diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure who have not undergone hemodialysis.It is pointed out that emotional activity is closely related to viscera function and pathological changes of human body.Compared with normal people,patients with kidney disease are different in psychological state,which is easy to produce psychological disorders or show abnormal psychological activities,such as anxiety,depression and inferiority.It is pointed out that the current clinical attention to the mental health of patients with kidney disease is still lacking,emphasizing that simply paying attention to the physical health of patients is not enough,and suggesting that the clinical should actively participate in the goal of maintaining the mental health of patients while ensuring the treatment effect.
