调气二陈汤加减联合弹力带训练治疗糖尿病肌少症疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察调气二陈汤加减联合弹力带训练治疗糖尿病肌少症疗效及其作用机制。方法:选取130例糖尿病肌少症患者,随机分为两组。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予以调气二陈汤口服联合弹力带训练。观察两组患者疗效、最大握力、ASMI指数及SPPB评分。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最大握力、ASMI指数及SPPB评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组SOD水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在T2DM合并肌少症治疗中予调气二陈汤联合弹力带训练能够明显减轻患者临床症状,增强肌肉质量及力量,改善肌肉功能,提升生活质量,其机制可能与调气二陈汤降低T2DM合并肌少症患者氧化应激反应,维持细胞氧化还原动态平衡及正常代谢,继而发挥减轻细胞毒性、改善骨骼肌功能有关。Objective:To observe therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of action of Tiaoqi Erchen prescription in treatment of diabetic sarcopenia.Methods:130 patients with diabetic sarcopenia were divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the observation group treated with Tiaoqi Erchen prescription reduction combined with elastic band training on the basis of the control group.Therapeutic effect,maximum grip strength,ASMI index and SPPB score of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,maximum grip strength,ASMI index and SPPB score of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).SOD level of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and MDA level significantly lower than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of T2DM patients with sarcopenia,Tiaoqi Erchen prescription reduction combined with elastic band training can significantly reduce clinical symptoms,enhance muscle mass and strength,improve muscle function,and improve quality of life.The mechanism may be related to Tiaoqi Erchen decoction reducing oxidative stress response in T2DM patients with sarcopenia,maintaining dynamic balance of cell redox and normal metabolism.It plays a role in reducing cytotoxicity and improving skeletal muscle function.
