摘　　要：近年大量研究证实中性粒细胞(N)通过多种途径诱发类风湿性关节炎(RA)的炎症反应,造成不同程度的关节破坏。调节N已成为防治RA的重要途径。中医药是“国宝”,除了传统抗风湿药、昂贵的生物制剂外,多种中药有效成分、单味药、中药复方和中医外治法均可调节N产生或合成的细胞因子、趋化因子、蛋白酶、活性氧及中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网,改善RA病情进展。故从N在RA中作用机制及基于这些机制的靶向中医药在RA的治疗展开探讨,为临床研究RA提供参考。In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed that neutrophil(N)can induce inflammatory response of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)through various ways,then cause different degrees of joint destruction.Therefore,regulating N has become an important way to prevent and treat RA.Traditional Chinese medicine is a“national treasure”.In addition to traditional anti-rheumatic drugs and expensive biologics,variety of effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,single medicine,compound Chinese medicine and external Chinese medicine therapy can regulate N productionor synthesis of cytokines,chemokines,proteases,reactive oxygen species and neutrophil extracellular trapping nets,then improve progression of RA disease.Therefore,mechanism of action of N in RA and targeted traditional Chinese medicine based on these mechanisms in treatment of RA,in order to provide reference for clinical research on RA.
