摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理理念在静脉用药集中调配中心(简称配置中心)管理中的应用价值,以期为泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院配置中心管理方案的进一步优化提供更多的思路和数据支持。方法选取2021年1—12月泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院配置中心实施以风险管理为核心的管理模式前22名配置中心工作人员及6412份配药(包含医嘱、处方)作为对照组,选取2022年1—12月泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院配置中心以实施风险管理为核心的管理模式后22名配置中心工作人员及6575份配药(包含医嘱、处方)作为观察组。比较2组管理质量评分、风险事件发生率、差错发生率、工作人员对管理制度的满意度。结果观察组风险意识、工作环境、工作时效、安全管理、自身安全防范、应急处理、总体管理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组风险事件发生率、检查错误发生率、分发差错发生率及配置差错发生率分别为0.06%、0.02%、0.02%、0,均低于对照组的0.33%、0.12%、0.12%、0.11%(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员对管理制度的总满意度为100%,高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。结论在配置中心管理中引入风险管理理念可有效预防风险事件发生,降低差错率的同时提高配置中心管理质量和工作人员对管理的满意度,效果理想。Objective To explore the application value of risk management concept in the management of intravenous medicine centralized allocation center(referred to as configuration center),in order to provide more ideas and data support for the further optimization of the management plan of configuration center in Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital.Methods A total of 22 staff members and 6412 medical orders from January to December 2021 in the configuration center,Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital before risk management were selected as the control group,a total of 22 staff members and 6575 medical orders from January to December 2022 in the configuration center,Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital after risk management were selected as the observation group.Management quality score,risk event rate,error rate and staff satisfaction with management system were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of risk awareness,working environment,working time,safety management,self-safety prevention,emergency treatment and overall management quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events,inspection errors,distribution errors and configuration errors in the observation group were 0.06%,0.02%,0.02%and 0,respectively,which were lower than 0.33%,0.12%,0.12%and 0.11%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,higher than 72.73%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of risk management concept in the management of the configuration center can effectively prevent the occurrence of risk events,reduce the error rate,and improve the management quality of the configuration center and the satisfaction of the staff to the management.
