摘 要:研究了不同复配种类、不同复配比例对高含砂浓度废水中上清液浊度、含砂量以及粒径的去除效果,并将其用于污水厂实际污水中,观察悬浮固体浓度、上清液浊度、含砂量以及粒径、COD、TN、TP、pH的变化。结果表明,使用复配絮凝剂进行优化后,除砂效果较单一絮凝剂作用时均有所提升。在15 mg/L阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)与15 mg/L壳聚糖(CTS)协同作用下,SS平均去除率达到55.8%,水中含砂量平均去除率72.7%,TN平均去除率41.1%,TP平均去除率70.5%,COD平均去除率49.7%,含砂量与总悬浮固体比值下降15.5%。The removal effects of different compounding types and different compounding ratios on turbidity,sand content and particle size of supernatant in wastewater with high sand concentration were studied.Meanwhile,these compounds were applied to the actual wastewater of wastewater treatment plant to observe the changes of suspended solid concentration,turbidity of supernatant,sand content,particle size,COD,TN,TP and pH.The results showed that the sand removal effect was improved by using the compound flocculant compared with the single flocculant.Under the synergistic action of 15 mg/L cationic polyacrylamide and 15 mg/L chitosan,the average removal rate of SS reached 55.8%,the average removal rate of sand content in water increased to 72.7%,the average removal rate of TN increased to 41.1%,the average removal rate of TP increased to 70.5%,the average removal rate of COD increased to 49.7%,and the ratio of sand content to total suspended solids decreased by 15.5%.
