摘  要:综述了溶液再生技术当中的空气再生、电渗析再生、膜蒸馏再生和机械蒸汽压缩再生的原理、结构、特点和研究现状等方面。空气再生技术可完成高浓度溶液再生,处理温度不高,可充分利用低品位废热,但此方法处理量小,能耗高;电渗析再生技术可用于两种不同盐分的溶液再生;膜蒸馏再生技术能将低品位的热量或者废热重新利用起来;机械蒸汽压缩再生技术可完成更高浓度溶液再生,处理量大,与传统的单效蒸发相比,大幅降低能耗。Solution regeneration helps to save resources and protect the environment.Therefore,the principle,structure,characteristics and research status of air regeneration,electrodialysis regeneration,membrane distillation regeneration and mechanical vapor compression regeneration among solution regeneration technologies are reviewed.The air regeneration technology can complete the high concentration solution regeneration,processing temperature is not high,can make full use of low-grade waste heat,but this method of processing capacity is small,high energy consumption;electrodialysis regeneration technology can be used for two different salts of solution regeneration;membrane distillation regeneration technology can be low-grade heat or waste heat reuse;mechanical vapor compression regeneration technology can be completed in a higher concentration of solution regeneration,processing capacity is large,compared with the traditional compared with the traditional single-effect evaporation,the energy consumption is greatly reduced.
