摘  要:在机场水泥混凝土道面板浇筑成型的早期阶段,如果混凝土结构体内部存在裂缝缺陷,在变形作用下微裂缝会逐渐扩展成为可见裂缝,甚至发展成道面病害。为控制早期微裂缝持续扩展,本文通过结合某机场道面工程,从水泥混凝土道面材料、道面板设计、道面施工3个方面分析道面板开裂成因及对应的控制措施。本研究可为需要控制早期混凝土微裂缝的类似工程提供参考。During the early stages of pouring and forming cement concrete pavement panels at airports,if there are crack defects inside the concrete structure,under the action of deformation,the micro cracks will gradually expand into visible cracks and even develop into pavement diseases.To control the continuous expansion of early micro cracks,this article analyzes the causes of cracking and corresponding control measures of pavement panels from three aspects including material of cement concrete pavement,pavement panel design and pavement construction,by combining with a certain airport pavement project.This study can provide a reference for similar projects required to control early micro cracks in concrete.
