摘　　要：目的分析子宫腺肉瘤的临床特征及超声表现,评估超声对该病的诊断价值。方法选取27例病理确诊为子宫腺肉瘤的患者,回顾分析其临床资料及超声图像。结果27例子宫腺肉瘤患者中,绝经前20例,绝经后7例;20例表现为异常阴道流血;宫颈1例,子宫肌层3例,宫腔23例;病灶平均最大径(4.2±2.51)cm(范围1.3~9.5 cm);在超声上,63.0%病灶边界不清晰,92.6%病灶内部回声不均匀,66.7%病灶内发现了囊性无回声区,92.6%病灶内探及血流信号。结论子宫腺肉瘤的临床特征并不典型,超声声像图表现具有一定特征性,有助于临床术前诊断。Objective To analyze the clinical features and ultrasound manifestations of uterine adenosarcoma and to evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for this disease.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and ultrasound images of 27 patients with pathologically diagnosed uterine adenosarcoma.Results Of the 27 patients with uterine adenosarcoma,20 were premenopausal and 7 were postmenopausal.Abnormal vaginal bleeding was observed in 20 cases.Among the 27 lesions,1 was located in the cervix,3 in myometrium and 23 in the uterine cavity.The mean maximum diameter of the lesions was(4.2±2.51)cm(range 1.3~9.5 cm).On ultrasound,63.0%of the lesions had unclear boundaries,while 92.6%had uneven internal echoes,and multiple small cysts were found in 66.7%of the lesions,Blood flow signals were detected in 92.6%of the lesions.Conclusions The clinical features of uterine adenosarcoma are atypical,but the ultrasound findings are characteristic,which is helpful for clinical preoperative diagnosis.
