摘　　要：目的分析卵巢表皮样囊肿(OEC)的临床及超声图像特征。方法回顾性总结并分析经术后病理确诊的10例OEC患者的临床资料及超声声像图特征。结果OEC具有发病年龄大、单侧发病、囊肿体积较小、肿瘤标志物正常等临床特征,超声图像多表现为疏松低回声为主的实性或透声差的多房囊实性回声,肿物周边不伴或伴少量血流信号。结论OEC的临床表现及超声图像具有一定特征,有助于提高对该罕见疾病的认识。Objective To analyze the clinical and ultrasonic imaging characteristics of ovarian epidermoid cyst(OEC).Methods The clinical data and sonographic characteristics of 10 patients with OEC diagnosed by postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results OEC had clinical features such as old onset,small unilateral size and normal tumor markers,and the ultrasound images mostly showed loose solid structures with low echoic or multilocular cystic solid echo with poor sound transparency,with or without a small amount of blood flow signal around the mass.Conclusions The clinical manifestations and ultrasound images of OEC have characteristics,which can improve realization of this rare disease.
