摘  要:大红山铜矿铁精矿品位低,杂质SiO_(2)含量超标。通过开展工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石的物质组成、元素赋存状态、粒级组成、嵌布特征和单体解离特征。结果表明:影响铁精矿品位的主要因素是+0.037 mm粒级的铁品位仅为52.16%,磁铁矿与石英等脉石矿物相互连生和包裹,单体解离不充分,且磁铁矿有明显的磁团聚现象,为后续的提高铁精矿品位,降低精矿中SiO_(2)含量选矿试验研究提供了技术依据。The grade of iron concentrate from the Dahongshan copper mine is low,and the impurity SiO_(2) content is exceeded.The mineral composition,element occurrence state,size fraction composition,dissemination characteristics,and monomer dissociation characteristics of ore are found out through the development of process mineralogy study.Results show:the main influence factors for iron concentrate's grade are shown below:the iron grade with+0.037 mm size fraction is only 52.16%,magnetite intergrowthed and coated with quartz and other gangue minerals,the single separation is insufficiency,magnetite has obvious magnetic agglomeration,which provide technical basis for follow-up mineral processing experimental study that increasing iron concentration grade,decreasing SiO_(2) content in concentrate.
