摘  要:针对钛锆粗精矿精选厂从磁选设备和处理工艺两方面开展研究,采用了“强力擦洗-脱泥-湿式磁选-重选”联合新工艺,钛锆粗精矿处理量由26.3 t/h增加至40.8 t/h,提高了1.52倍;钛精矿TiO_(2)品位提高了3.79%,回收率提高了15.83%;锆英石精矿ZrO_(2)品位提高了9.48%,回收率提高了12.51%;锆英石精矿中TiO_(2)含量由17.46%降至7.59%;金红石精矿TiO_(2)品位提高了11.75%,联合工艺流程简单,为钛锆粗精矿资源的回收利用提供了技术指导。The study of titanium and zirconium rough concentrate cleaning plant was developed from two aspects of magnetic separation equipment and treatment process,the plant adopted the new joint process that"strong scrubbing-desliming-wet magnetic separation-gravity separation",then the rough concentrate treatment volume of titanium and zirconium is increased from 26.3 t/h to 40.8 t/h,it increased by 1.52 times;the grade of TiO_(2) in titanium concentrate is increased by 3.79%,the recovery rate increased by 15.83%;ZrO_(2) grade of zircon concentrate is increased by 9.48%,the recovery rate is increased by 12.51%;TiO_(2) content in zircon concentrate is decreased from 17.46%to 7.59%;TiO_(2) grade in rutile concentrate is increased by 11.75%,the joint process flow is simple,it can provide technical guidance and reference to recycling utilization of titanium and zirconium rough concentrate resource.
